Updated 23 October 2026

This is the site of songwriter and producer Kozya Burakovich — koziaburakovich.com. Here, briefly and honestly: what data the site receives, why, and how to get it deleted.

Your request for music

When you send the order form, the site keeps what you wrote in it: your name, a contact (email, Telegram or another), the project, the brief, where the music will play, references, the lyrics language, the number of songs, budget, deadline and the trial-song box. Together with the request it keeps the site language, your IP address and the name of your browser — they help to filter out spam.

Why: to answer you and discuss the work. The request is stored in the site's database on its server, and a copy is emailed to the author. Your data is never shared or sold, and there are no newsletters.

Visit statistics

The site has its own statistics — no Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrica, no ad networks or other third-party services. They show what is interesting on the site: which pages are opened, where visitors come from (the referring site and the link's UTM tags), how far they scroll, which sections and links they look at, how long they listen to the songs. In the form only the fact that a field is filled in is counted — the statistics never see what you type.

Some technical details are kept too: browser language, screen size, time zone, device type and browser, country (from the IP). The IP address itself is not stored in the statistics — only an irreversible fingerprint of it that changes every day.

To tell repeat visits apart, the site keeps a random visitor number (localStorage) and a visit number (sessionStorage) in your browser. They hold nothing about you personally. For visitors from Europe (by the browser's time zone) these numbers are not stored at all: every page is counted on its own.

Cookies

Technical ones only: the session cookie and the form's security token. Without them the order form can't be sent. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts, pictures and music load from the site itself, not from third-party servers.

Your rights and deletion

You can ask what data about you there is, and ask to correct or delete it. A request is kept while the work is discussed and done, and after that as the history of our conversation until you ask to delete it. Write to gegirhasut@gmail.com from the contact you gave in the request — or reply to the author's email, or send the order form with the same contact and the words “Delete my data”.

You can erase the statistics yourself: clear this site's data in your browser settings and the visitor number is gone.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything else, this page will change and show a new date at the top.
